In a tweet, the Health Department today said, “Regret to inform the demise of twenty five numbers of Covid positive patients while under treatment in hospitals.”
The deceased persons are:
1. A 35 years old female of Angul district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
2. A 45 years old male of Angul district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
3. A 54 years old male of Angul district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
4. A 39 years old female of Bolangir district.
5. A 33 years old male of Boudh district.
6. A 29 years old female of Baragarh district.
7. A 57 years old male of Balasore district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
8. A 66 years old female of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus. 9. A 70 years old female of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
10. A 55 years old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension.
11. A 62 years old male of Cuttack district who was also suffering from Hypertension.
12. A 54 years old male of Dhenkanal district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Coronary Artery Disease & Chronic Kidney Disease.
13. A 65 years old female of Ganjam district.
14. A 45 years old male of Ganjam district who was also suffering from Hypertension & Bronchial Asthma.
15. A 45 years old female of Kalahandi district.
16. A 38 years old male of Kalahandi district.
17. A 46 years old male of Kalahandi district.
18. A 76 years old male of Kalahandi district.
19. A 57 years old male of Khordha district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
20. A 47 years old male of Keonjhar district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
21. A 72 years old female of Puri district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
22. A 65 years old female of Rayagada district.
23. A 43 years old female of Rayagada district who was also suffering from Hypothyroidism.
24. A 51 years old male of Sundargarh district.
25. A 65 years old female of Sundargarh district.
With this, the death toll of the State due to Covid-19 reached to 2,403.
