Bhubaneswar, Feb 12: 58 more Covid-19 positive cases were detected in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in Odisha to 336042 on Friday.
Of these fresh cases, 35 cases were detected from among quarantined people and the rest 23 found as local contacts.
According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 16 districts of the State.
Among the districts today, with 10 new cases Sundergarh remained at the top on the list followed by Khurda (7), Puri and Balasore 6 cases each, Angul and Jajpur 5 cases each.
One case has been reported from the State Pool today.
Besides 60 Corona patients were also recovered in the State today.
