Bhubaneswar, Feb 21: 58 more Covid-19 positive cases were detected in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in Odisha to 336636 on Sunday.
Of these fresh cases, 34 cases were detected from among quarantined people and the rest 24 found as local contacts.
According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 18 districts of the State.
Among the districts today, Sundergarh and Sambalpur remained at the top on the list with reporting 8 fresh Covid-19 positive cases each followed by Balangir and Mayurbhanj 5 cases each, Cuttack and Jajpur 4 cases each and Bargarh, Jharsuguda and Nuapada 3 cases each.
No case has been reported from the State Pool today.
Besides 73 Corona patients were also recovered in the State today.
