Bhubaneswar, Feb 11: As many as 60 Covid patients recovered in Odisha on Thursday, taking the number of persons cured of the virus in the State to 3,33,280, informed the Health and Family Welfare Department.
According to the data furnished by the department in its Twitter account, the highest eight patients each recovered in Khordha, Puri and Sundargarh district, followed by seven in Bargarh, five each in Jajapur and Sambalpur, three each in Baleswar and Cuttack, two each in Anugul, Ganjam and Keonjhar and one each recovered in Bolangir, Deogarh, Jagatsinghpur, Nabarangpur and Sonepur district.
Besides, two recoveries were reported from the State Pool
Notably, the State didn’t any death due to Covid infection during the last 24 hours and, thus, the number of Covid deaths stood at 1,910 as before.
Similarly, the State’s Covid positive tally rose to 3,35,984 after 95 new positive cases were detected in the last 24 hours. Out of 95 new cases, 56 were detected from among quarantined persons and 39 detected as local contacts.
