Bhubaneswar, Feb 23: 62 more Covid-19 positive cases were detected in the State in the last 24 hours thereby taking the total infection count in Odisha to 336767 on Tuesday.
Of these fresh cases, 37 cases were detected from among quarantined people and the rest 25 found as local contacts.
According to the data furnished on its Twitter account of the Information and Public Relations Department, the new cases were detected from 19 districts of the State.
Among the districts today, with 12 cases Sambalpur remained at the top on the list followed by Bargarh (8), Cuttack and Khurda 7 each and Sundergarh (5).
2 cases have been reported from the State Pool today.
Besides 59 Corona patients were also recovered in the State today.
