Bhubaneswar, Feb 11: As many as 60 Covid patients recovered in Odisha on Friday, taking the number of persons cured of the virus in the State to 3,33,351, informed the Health and Family Welfare Department.
According to the data furnished by the department in its Twitter account, the highest 11 patients recovered in Sundargarh district, followed by nine Mayurbhanj, six each in Baleswar, Bargarh and Cuttack, five each in Angul and Khordha, four in Sambalpur, three each in Gajapati and Rayagada, two each in Ganjam, Jharsuguda Kalahandi and Nuapada and one each recovered in Bolangir, Deogarh, Kendrapara and Keonjhar district.
Besides, one recovery case was reported from the State Pool
Notably, the State didn’t any death due to Covid infection during the last 24 hours and, thus, the number of Covid deaths stood at 1,910 as before.
Similarly, the State’s Covid positive tally rose to 3,36,042 after 58 new positive cases were detected in the last 24 hours. Out of 58 new cases, 35 were detected from among quarantined persons and 23 detected as local contacts.
