Bhubaneswar, Feb 10: As many as 81 Covid patients recovered in Odisha on Wednesday, taking the number of persons cured of the virus in the State to 3,33,220, informed the Health and Family Welfare Department.
According to the data furnished by the department in its Twitter account, the highest 13 patients recovered in Khordha district, followed by 10 in Sundargarh, seven in Baleswar, five each in Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Nuapada and Sambalpur, four each in Cuttack, Puri and Sonepur, three in Rayagada, two each in Ganjam, Jajapur and Mayurbhanj and one each recovered in Anugul, Bolangir, Deogarh, Jagatsinghpur, Kalahandi, Kendrapara and Keonjhar district.
Besides, three recoveries were reported from the State Pool
Notably, the State didn’t any death due to Covid infection during the last 24 hours and, thus, the number of Covid deaths stood at 1,910 as before.
Similarly, the State’s Covid positive tally rose to 3,35,889 after 92 new positive cases were detected in the last 24 hours. Out of 92 new cases, 54 were detected from among quarantined persons and 38 detected as local contacts.
