Bhubaneswar, Feb 15: The active coronavirus cases has dipped below the 100 mark in the State Capital after 10 more Covid positive patients cured in the last 24 hours, informed the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Wednesday.
The BMC said that as many as two people have tested positive for Covid-19 and ten people have recovered from the disease in the city in the past 24 hours.
Both the fresh Covid-19 cases of the State Capital have been detected from local contact cases, the Civic body said.
The fresh cases include a 68-year-old female of Palashpalli and a 24-year-old male of Unit-8 area of the city, it added.
With this, the Covid-19 tally of the BMC area has increased to 31,937, out of which 247 people succumbed to the virus whereas 31,570 people have recovered from Covid-19, so far.
The active cases of the city currently stand at 99, said the BMC.
