“The GRP have gathered false proofs only. Expectation of getting justice from the Crime Branch was shattered as they also went by false proofs. We then approached the High Court seeking a CBI inquiry into my son’s death. But dates rolled on. With no option left, we have now approached the Supreme Court. Our sole demand is CBI investigation into my son’s killing,” said Padmalaya Dash, mother of Aditya, in a chocked voice.
She said she has all faith in the apex court and the god that truth will come out one day.
“I am a mother. I can’t get back my son. But I want his killers be brought to the fore and punished. If there is the Almighty, my Manav Premi (human lover) son will certainly get justice,” said Aditya’s mother.
Padmalaya and her husband Nanda Kishore Dash filed the petition on March 4, according to information.
It may be noted that the body of Aditya Dash, a motivational speaker and a social activist, had been recovered from railway tracks near the Lingaranj Temple Road Station on July 7, 2020 morning.
