Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Andhra Pradesh Governor Bishwabhushan Harichandan and former Supreme Court Chief Justice Deepak Mishra will also grace the occasion as guests.
The progamme will be held for two days on August 8 and 9 as Amruta Mahotsav, informed ‘Prajatantra’ editor and Cuttack Lok Sabha MP Bhartruhari Mahtab.
