The State Capital had recorded 207 Covid-19 positive cases yesterday and 218 cases the day before.
Out of the 218 fresh cases in the State Capital, 43 cases were detected among quarantined people and 175 cases were reported from local contacts, said the civic body.
With this, the Covid-19 tally of the BMC area has increased to 1,12,003.
The civic body also said that as many as 193 people of the city recovered from the virus in the past 24 hours.
To date, a total of 1,07,250 Covid-19 patients of the BMC area have been cured while 1,014 people succumbed to the virus.
The active cases of the city stood at 3,718, said the BMC.
