As per the report, locals were left in a state of panic in Madhipur area after hearing massive sound of bomb explosion last night. Later, police rushed to the spot and found remnants of an exploded country-made bomb from Madhipur Chhak on Pipili-Jatni road.
Notably, the Madhipur Chhak is only three kilometres away from Pipili Bazaar.
While the miscreants escaped from the spot after hurling the bomb their motive couldn’t be ascertained immediately.
Though no loss to life and property was caused in the bomb attack, the incident has instilled fear among the voters who witnessed collapse of Delang Police Station in explosion yesterday.
Explosives kept in the godown of the police station went off due to an unknown reason to bring down the entire police station.
Police is investigating into the incident.
