As many as 59 students took admission in Class-6. One hostel building has been completed and bus service to the students was started.
The school has brought new hopes and aspirations for the people of Kotia as it will impart high-quality education along the CBSE pattern. Intelligentsia with people, in general, have expressed their thankfulness for the Government of Odisha.
It may be pertinent here to mention that Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra during his recent visit to Kotia in mid-April of the current year reviewed the progress of the construction OAV, and had fixed timelines for its completion and commissioning.
