ଉପକୂଳ ରାଜପଥ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗକୁ ନେଇ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା
Rayagada, Feb 13: More than 50 passengers had a close shave after the bus in which they were travelling in caught fire near Sirikona in Odisha’s Rayagada on Friday night.
Property worth lakhs of rupees was destroyed in the fire mishap. However, no injuries or casualties were reported so far.
As per reports, the incident occurred when the private-run bus, namely Barsha, was heading to Polasara in Ganjam district from Kasagumuda in Nabarangpur district.
On being informed, fire tenders reached the spot and doused the flame.
The exact reason behind the fire mishap is yet to be ascertained, an official said.
Meanwhile, police reached the spot and started a probe into the matter.
