The Chief Minister is scheduled to address three meetings in three blocks, Padampur, Jharbandh and Paikamal, under the Padampur Assembly constituency.
It may be noted that Patnaik had campaigned virtually for party candidates in earlier by-polls held during the Covid pandemic.
After defeat of his party in Bhadrak’s Dhamnagar Bypoll held recently, he has reportedly decided to hold campaigning physically for Bariha.
