Bhubaneswar, Feb 11: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated developmental projects worth over Rs 28 crore at Hinjili Municipality area in Ganjam district through videoconferencing on Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said his Government has plans to make Hinjili an advanced town in the education sector.
Expressing concern that he has not gone to Hinjili for many days due to Covid pandemic, the Chief Minister asserted that he would go there and meet people very soon.
Patnaik, who represents Hinjili to the State Assembly, said the world has witnessed efforts of Ganjam people in battling corona and bringing the pandemic under control. He thanked PRI representatives Mission Shakti women, Covid warriors and all people for the achievement.
He said the projects inaugurated today will help people of Hinjili get various facilities people in big cities are getting. He said the State Government is giving priority on development of small cities and have started working in that regard.
