According to the information, the mishap took place at around 5.30 am when the police party was performing a patrol near Ainthapali. All four cops, who were inside the PCR van, sustained critical injuries.
Immediately, the cops were rushed to Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Burla.
The condition of the PCR driver was stated to be critical and he was undergoing treatment at the hospital till the last report came in.
