Deogarh, May 12: Two bullocks were killed and four persons sustained critical injuries as a hyva truck hit two bullock carts at Ranjana village under Kundheigola police station in Deogarh district early this morning.
All the injured persons have been admitted in a nearby hospital.
According to information, two couples, Narayan Dehuri and his wife Judani Dehuri and Khageswar Sahu and his wife Runu Sahu, were travelling in two bullock carts when a hyva coming from Deogarh side on the Ranchi-Vijayawada national highway hit them. In the incident, two oxen, one of each cart, died and all four travellers suffered injuries.
