As per the report, armed members of banned CPI (Maoist) group barged into the house of one Bhabani Shankar Patra of Bhandaranga and dragged him out to the streets to shoot dead. His body was dumped near the local panchayat office along with a few Maoist posters.
In a similar incident, ultras belonging to Vansadhara-Ghumusar-Nagavali division of CPI (Maoist) group reached one Hemanta Patra’s house in Gochhaguda village and took him with them to a few yards before shooting dead.
