Cash to the tune of Rs 15,000 to 2,0000 donated by devotees and visitors have gone in the loot, said the temple priest.
Berhampur, July 16: In yet another temple loot in the State, unidentified miscreants decamped with donation money by breaking into Trinath temple located in Srikrushna Nagar of Lanjipalli area in Ganjam district on Thursday night.
The loot took place late in the night, informed the priest of the temple M Laxman Tarilu.
Tarilu, who reached the Trinath Temple located in the fifth line of Srikrushna Nagar in the morning, found the main gate locks broken. Entering into the premise who witnessed the donation box open with cash missing.

Local police carried out the preliminary investigation by reaching the spot of late and launched an investigation to trace the culprits.
