The ace sprinter had accused Rout and RTI activist Pradip Pradhan of mental harassment, criminal intimidation and publishing obscene content against her, police said.
Police also seized computers and other material from the office of the accused.
“Sudhanshu Rout has been telecasting the defamatory news for last 1 month. The false and obscene portrayal of me on social media and web portal have tarnished my image which subsequenly impacted my performance in the Tokyo Olympics," Dutee Chand said.
