“I convey my heartfelt greets and wishes to people of Odisha on the occasion Holi, the festival of colour and happiness. I request all of them to celebrate the festival in adherence to Covid guidelines. Let all remain happy and healthy,” tweeted Patnaik.
The Chief Minister also uploaded a video of his Holi message on the Twitter handle.
