As per the list of district/city Congress Committee presidents released by AICC, Biswajit Das will head the party unit in Bhubaneswar, Giribala Behera to lead the Cuttack city and Suresh Routray will be the chief for Khordha.
Importantly, Sanjiv Giri and Natabar Barik have been appointed as the Congress Committee presidents for Balasore and Jagatsinghpur districts respectively keeping in view the upcoming Assembly by-polls at Balasore Sadar and Tirtol constituencies.
