The districts where vaccinations have been halted include Balasore, Bhadrak, Boudh, Cuttack, Jajpur, Jhasuguda, Kendrapara, Keonjhar, Khordha, Koraput, Mayurbanj and Puri, according to the State Health and Family Welfare Deparment.
However, the vaccination drive will continue in Bhubaneswar under Khordha district.
Yesterday, as many as 43,854 people received jab from 469 vaccination centres across the State. So far, a total of 57,48,769 doses have been inoculated to the beneficiaries in the State.
Currently, the State has 1,19,220 doses of Covishield vaccine and 3,46,440 doses of Covaxin in stock.
Odisha's Covid-19 tally surged to 4,35,513, on Thursday as 6,998 more people tested positive for the infection in last 24 hours, said the Health Department.
The State currently has 57,710 active cases, it added.
