In an IPS-level reshuffle, The Odisha Government on Friday transferred seven officers to new places with new assignments.

Bhubaneswar, Jul 9: In an IPS-level reshuffle, The Odisha Government on Friday transferred seven officers to new places with new assignments.

Accordingly, 2009-batch IPS officer Akhileshvar Singh, who is currently working as Commandant, SOG, has been appointed as Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur district.

Incumbent Jagatsinghpur SP Prakash R (2008-batch IPS) has been posted in the State Vigilance.

Besides, 1998-batch IPS S Dev Dutta Singh has been posted as IGP, Headquarters. He has returned from the Central deputation.

While 2015-batch IPS Rahul Jain, currently SP, Nauapda, has been posted as SP, Bargarh district. 2013-batch IPS PS Parshottamdas has been transferred as SP, Nabarangpur from his current position of SP, Mayurbhanj.

2015-batch IPS officer Pratuysh Diwaker has been appointed as SP, Nuapada. Currently, he is working as AIGP, Headquarter.

2016-batch IPS officer KR Dnyandeo was transferred and posted as SP, Mayurbhanj district. He is currently working as SP of Malkangiri.

2017-batch officer PS Meena, currently SP, Nabarangpur, has been transferred and posted as SP, Malkangiri district.
