Bhubaneswar, Mar 31: As many as 297 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Odisha in the last 24 hours, taking the COVID-19 tally of the State to 3,40,917, officials said on Wednesday.
Out of the fresh 297 COVID-19 cases, 174 cases were detected from quarantined people, while 123 cases were reported from local contact cases.
Kalahandi district recorded the maximum number of fresh cases at 57, followed by Sundargarh at 38 and Khordha at 33.
According to the State Health Department, as many as 3,36,930 people of the State have recovered from Coronavirus infection so far.
Odisha currently has 2013 active cases, the Health Department said.
