The State reported 10 new Covid-19 cases yesterday.
Out of 12 fresh cases in the State, three cases have been detected from 0-18 year age group. While seven cases have been reported from quarantined people, five are local contact cases, according to the latest data of the State Health Department.
While Cuttack districted reported three fresh Covid-19 cases, Khordha recoded two new cases. The districts of Balangir, Jajpur, Nuapada, Rayagada, Sambalpur and Sundargarh reported one new case each. One fresh case was also reported from the State Pool.
With this, the Covid-19 tally of the State has increased to 12,88,046. So far, a total of 12,78,789 people of the State have been recovered from Covid-19.
“The active cases of the State now stand at 80,” the Health Department said.
