According to the time schedule, HSC, also known as Matric, examinations will continue till August 5. As many as 15,151 Class 10 students had been enrolled to appear for the HSC, OSOSC and Madhyama, all Matrict-level, examinations.
All examinees went through thermal screening for detection of body temperature and sanitized hands before they entered their respective examination halls. While they entered examination halls from 9 AM, the exam started at 10 AM. Exams to all subjects will continue for two hours till 12 PM, excepting Math subject for which students will be given extra 15 minutes, according to the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
The BSE, which is conducting the exams, also informed that all teachers and staff with Covid19 negative certificates, obtained within last 48 hours, have been engaged in examination works.
