ଗୁରୁତର ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ଅଜଗର ସାପ ଉଦ୍ଧାର
Puri, Feb 13: The much-awaited ritual of Padma Besha of the Trinity, Lord Jagannath and His siblings Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra, was underway in the Shreemandir here this evening.
The deities were attired with lotus flowers in full. Devotees can have Darshan of the deities in Padma Besha tomorrow as the deities will go for a sleep after completion of the Besha tonight.
According to information, devotees can see the Besha till Abakash ritual is conducted on Sunday.
After Sandhyadhupa, the deities were decked in Padma flowers supplied by the Badachhata Matha. After Khiri (sweet watered rice) was offered, the deities went for a sleep, a ritual called Pahuda.
