Bhubaneswar, Feb 14: A good number of youths under the banner of “Team Insaniyat” observed a “black day” today, expressing concern over martyrdom of forty valiant Indian soldiers in the Pulwama attack on this very day in 2019.
The youths, all aged under 30, paid rich tributes to the martyrs and showered praises on the Indian Army while taking out a procession at the Master Canteen Square here. Slogans like “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” and “Indian Army Aage Challo, Hum Tumare Saath Hei and “Live long Martyrs” reverberated the entire area.
“As many as 40 brave Jawans had been killed in terrorists’ attack at Pulwama on February 14, 2019. Many of our youths have forgotten that sisters lost their brothers and parents sons. But, they are not forgetting to observe the Valentine Day. We are observing today as a black day praying that such a day don’t come again for us and reminding our brothers and sisters about martyrdom of our Jawans. We pay rich tributes to martyrs,” said Insaniyat team members.
