“A joint team of Koraput District Voluntary Force (DVF), Special Operation Group (SOG), and Border Security Force (BSF) Dubashi Shankar alias Mahender alias Mahesh alias Ramesh alias Arun was captured from Boipariguda area of Koraput last night. He was nabbed while holding a meeting with followers. Dubashi was a top Maoist leader carrying Rs 20 lakh reward on his head,” informed Odisha DGP Abhay a press briefing today.
During the raid security personnel recovered an INSAS rifle, ammunition, phone and other incriminating materials from the held Maoist leader’s possession.
