Argus News - Massive Welcome For Dharmendra Pradhan After NDA’s Bihar Poll Triumph

Bhubaneswar, Nov 21: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan received a grand felicitation outside Biju Patnaik International Airport in Bhubaneswar on Friday, following the NDA’s sweeping victory in the Bihar Assembly elections and the BJP’s win in the Nuapada bypoll. Pradhan served as the party’s election in-charge for Bihar and is being widely credited for his strategic role in the campaign.

Thousands of BJP workers and supporters gathered at the airport to welcome him, creating a festive atmosphere. The celebrations featured traditional Ghoda Nacha, Paika Akhada performances, and music troupes, reflecting the scale of jubilation within the party.

Expressing gratitude to the supporters and party workers, Dharmendra Pradhan said the NDA’s victory reflects the continued trust in the Prime Minister’s visionary leadership. He added that under the Prime Minister’s guidance, the alliance has achieved significant success in Bihar, and the results stand as a strong endorsement of his leadership across the nation.

After receiving a warm reception in Bhubaneswar, the Union Minister is scheduled to visit Puri to offer prayers at the Jagannath Temple.

As per his programme, Pradhan will later travel to Cuttack in the evening, where he will pay obeisance at the Chandi Temple and attend the 126th birth anniversary celebrations of former Odisha Chief Minister Utkal Keshari Harekrushna Mahatab.

On Saturday, the Union Minister will be in Bhadrak, where he is slated to participate in a mass run organised to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

In Odisha, Pradhan’s visit is being seen as part of a wave of congratulations pouring in for his leadership and organisational groundwork that contributed significantly to the NDA’s success in Bihar.
