Mumbai, Nov 17: Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut took to social media to laud Indian cricketer Virat Kohli for his remarkable performance in the World Cup semi-final against New Zealand. Kohli's outstanding achievement of scoring his 50th ODI century, surpassing Sachin Tendulkar's record, earned him high praise from the Queen actor.

Sharing a video of Kohli on her Instagram Stories, Kangana expressed admiration, stating, "How wonderful!! It's also the great precedent set by Mr. Kohli how he would like to be treated by those who break his records, they must worship the earth he walks on. That's what he deserves, a great man with astonishing self-worth and character."

This accolade follows Anushka Sharma, Kohli's wife, congratulating him earlier. Anushka attended the semi-final match in Mumbai and shared a heartfelt post expressing gratitude for Kohli's achievements.

While neither Virat Kohli nor Anushka Sharma has responded to Kangana's post, this isn't the first time the Queen actor has commended the cricketer, showcasing her admiration for his prowess on the field.
