Argus News - No Fee To Be Charged In Archaeological Site Museums Of ASI: DG 

New Delhi, Mar 8: The ASI DG has exempted the tickets to all Archaeological Site Museums in India on the occasion of International Women's Day today. 

The Director General of the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI DG) has announced that no fee will be charged on the Archaeological Site Museums of the ASI all over India. 

All the ASI Superintendents have been directed through an official letter to carry out the orders of the ASI DG about the ticket exemption in all national monuments of the country on the occasion of International Women's Day. 

The direction was conferred under Rule 6 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains rules 1959 by the Director General of ASI.
