ଅର୍ଗସ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ: ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ସମ୍ବୋଧନ । ଦଳ ପାଇଁ ନୁହେଁ ଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ଲଢିବା । ସାରା ବିଶ୍ବରେ ସବୁଠୁ ଦ୍ରୁତ ଗତିରେ ବିକାଶ ଭାରତର ହୋଇଛି । 60 ବର୍ଷରେ ଲଗାତାର କୌଣସି ଦଳ ତୃତୀୟ ଥର କ୍ଷମତାକୁ ଆସିଛି । ଦେଶ ଏବେ ମହତ୍ତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ରହିଛି । ଆଗାମୀ ସାଢେ 4 ବର୍ଷ ଦେଶ ପାଇଁ ଏକାଠି ହେବା । ଏଥର ବଜେଟ ଆମର 5 ବର୍ଷର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟପନ୍ଥା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧାରଣ କରିବ ।

ଦେଶବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ଯାହା ଗ୍ୟାରେଣ୍ଟି ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ତାହା ପୂରଣ ହୋଇଛି । 2014 ପରେ ବହୁତ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କ କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ବିଷୟରେ କହିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ମିଳିନାହିଁ । ନବ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ସାଂସଦଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କ ମତ ରଖିବାର ସୁଯୋଗ ଦିଆଯିବା ଦରକାର । ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଆଶା ଆକାଂକ୍ଷାକୁ ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ଆମେ ସକାରାତ୍ମକ ମନୋଭାବ ରଖିବା । .
