Bhubaneswar, Dec 11: Union Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Monday welcomed the Supreme Court’s verdict on the validity of the abrogation of Article 370. 

He said the verdict would add new vigour to realizing the dreams and aspirations of the people of Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh. It is also an endorsement of the constitutional validity of the historic decision of the Parliament led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
