Mayurbhanj, Jun 24: In a tragic mishap as many as six persons were killed and seven were injured after an opera party truck overturned near Duarsuni ghat under Bangiriposi police station of Mayurbhanj district in Odisha.
According to the information, a truck carrying members of Dhauli Gananatya overturned and fell into the ghat near NH-49.
Locals and the Bangiriposi fire brigade reached on spot and started a rescue operation.
The critically injured people were immediately rushed to Bangiriposhi Community Health Centre.
