Cuttack, Feb 13: Cuttack Police unearthed the ATM van loot case by arresting seven looters, informed Cuttack Rural SP Mihir Kumar Panda on Tuesday.
Miscreants had looted away over Rs 1.5 crore at gunpoint from an ATM Van at Godijharia under Tigiria police station limits on November 10, 2023.
"We have arrested seven miscreants involved in the loot and we have seized Rs 64,45,00 from their possession. Besides, we have seized three knives," said the SP.

✨The SP said two staff members of the ATM van had masterminded the loot. They had hired the infamous criminal Kalim Khan of the Tigiria area for the loot. The two ATM staff members are still at large and efforts are on to nab them, informed the SP.
