Berhampur, Nov 26: The dead body of a woman was found from a lodge at Goilundi-Courtpeta road under Baidyanathpur police station limits in Berhampur of Ganjam district on Saturday evening. 

The deceased has been identified as Abdul Paripalap from the register of the lodge. However, her husband Samasan S is missing. 

According to the lodge workers, she along with her husband Samsan S had booked the lodge on November 19 saying that they are here for check-up in MKCG.  The hotel boy informed police that he knocked the room to clean, after no one opened the door, they contacted the police. 

It is suspected that she died two days ago. The reason behind the death is yet to be found.
