Bhubaneswar, Feb 1: BJP Odisha president Manmohan Samal on Thursday said the Interim Union Budget has been carved out to attain Vixit Bharat 2047 targets.  

"The Interim Budget has been presented keeping in mind the making a bright future of the country. The Union Government has taken a step to fulfill the target of Viksit Bharat 2047," said Samal in his comment on the Interim Union Budget. 

Samal said the budget has been presented for for welfare of the four categories of people- women, farmers, the poor, and the youth. The budget guarantees to make an empowered India. "The foundation of Viksit Bharat will be built during the Amrut Kal. Rs 11 lakh has been allocated for the purpose," he said.  

He said four crore PMAY houses have been planned in the budget. The youths will be able to fulfill their dreams and more than 25 crore people will come out of penury. As many as three crore 'Lakhapati Didi'  will be created. Besides, focus has been given to middle class families.

He thanked the Union government for presenting a pro-people budget.
