Nabarangpur, Feb 12: More than eight armed looters allegedly looted Rs 14 lakh and some gold and silver ornaments from a bussinessman's house at Bhalukanadi village under Jharigaon block in Nabarangpur district last night.
The bussinessman is indentified as Amiya Kumar Das.
According to the reports, the armed looters broke the lock of the door at around 1 AM. They allegedly tied the bussinessman hand and put a sword on his neck while burgling.

They looted gold ornaments worth lakhs of rupees and snatched mobile phone from Das. The looters who had mask on their faces spoke in Hindi, informed Das.
The bussinessman has filed a complaint and police have started an investigation into this matter.
