Bad weather forces Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to change campign plans in Mayurbhanj

Bhubaneswar, May 26: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was scheduled to hold a series of election rallies in Mayurbhanj Sunday for the last phase of elections to Lok Sabha and Assembly polls in Odisha. However he had to miss five rallies due to bad weather.
Pradhan, the BJP candidate from Sambalpur Lok Sabha seat, had to change his plans as he was unable to attend the rallies in Jashipur, Rairangpur, Bangriposi, Saraskana and Udala. He, however, continued with his plans of 'Vijay Sankalp Samavesh' in Morada and roadshow in Baripada.

Pradhan expressed his disappointment through a tweet. "Due to bad weather, I'm unable to attend the 'Vijay Sankalp Samavesh' in Jashipur, Rairangpur, Bangriposi, Saraskana and Udala. I'm sorry for that. Apologies to all the people of the constituency," wrote Pradhan. "I am now trying to reach Morada by road for the election rally and the roadshow in Baripada," he added.
