Cuttack, Nov 6: The registration for allotment of plots to traders/vendors for setting up stalls at  historic Bali Yatra 2023 have started from saturday and will continue till November 10.

The registration for plot allotment to small and medium-class traders and institutions started on the campus of Barabati Palace. 

A minimum of Rs 50 per square feet has been kept for common traders who want to set up stalls in Bali Yatra. The patrons will have to pay Rs 500 per sq feet of land. Swings and other joyride operators will have to deposit minimum registration fee of Rs 25,000 and plots will be allocated through auction with minimum bidding price of Rs 30 per sq feet. Makeshift vendors shall have to deposit Rs 1,000 towards registration and availing permission for vending in the Baliyatra festival.  

While the registration process will continue till November 10, the auction process will start on November 11 and end on November 15. 

A tunnel aquarium is going to be the main attraction of this year’s Bali Yatra.
