Argus News - Pickpockets Gang Busted In Bhubaneswar; 8 Arrested

Bhubaneswar, Jan 3: In a big achievement, the Commissionerate police busted a gang of pickpockets in the Bhubaneswar suburbs today.

Reportedly, the eight arrested thieves belonged to Jharkhand area. They came to Bhubaneswar for the purpose of loot.  

They were active in pickpocketing in 'Mo Bus' and other public places in the capital city. 

Twenty two cell phones and Rs 1,30,000 have been seized from them. 

According to sources, they have criminal cases filed at different police stations in the city.

A search operation to nab other members of the gang is launched.
