Bhubaneswar, Dec 17: The people of Odisha shiver in bone chilling cold as the mercury continues to drop in the state. The bone chilling cold wave is sweeping across the state on Sunday as well. 

The pople of twin city Bhubaneswar, and Cuttack shivered in the bone chilling cold as the temperature dropped below 15 degrees.

The temperature in twin cities Bhubaneswar and Cuttack has witnessed a drastic fall to 13.2 degrees Celsius and 13.5 degrees Celsius, respectively.

The cold wave along with the fog is affecting normal lives across the state.
