Cuttack, Nov 15: The bail application of the two culprits in relation to the throwing of cattle bone in the Ram temple at Niali in Cuttack district has been rejected.
The two miscreants Shaikh Mustaq and Mallik Sahil had thrown the bone of a cattle seemingly a cow's bone in the temple on the holy Kartik monday. As Hindus regard cow as their holy animal such an act would lead to the disruption in communal harmony of Niali.

Police arrested the two as per case number 386/23 on November 11.
The court has verdicted to reject their bail plea today.

Biswa Hindu Parishad has demanded to completely cleanse Niali of the illegal beef trade. They have given in written to SDPO, Cuttack Sub-division and SP, Niali to take necessary steps in this regard within seven days otherwise a protest will be organised.
