According to the information, Patnaik, the long-serving Chief Minister of the State, will reach the Governor's House at 11 am and submit his resignation to Governor Raghubar Das.
With this, the 24 years' era of Naveen Patnaik-led Biju Janata Dal's rule will come to end.
