Phulbani, Mar 3: In a piece of shocking news, the body of an executive engineer of Integrated Tribal Development Agency(ITDA), Kandhamal, was found at his official residence in Nadikhandi Sahi here in Phulabani today morning.
The deceased executive engineer has been identified as Tusharendra Nayak.
According to the information, Tusharendra was on leave from his job for 20 days.
