Argus News - Garbage Collecting Vehicle Engaged As Parikrama Rath Hurting Religious Sentiments In Nuapada

Nuapada, Jan 10: In an attempt to propagate for the upcoming Jagannath Parikrama project, the state government has crossed all limits and took to propagating through the garbage collecting vehicles in the Khariar NAC of Nuapada district. 

The Parikrama Rath (chariot) was to tour in Khariar but the NAC authorities started to spread the message using loudspeakers in the garbage collecting vehicle. 

This incident has angered the citizens and hurted their religious sentiments.
