Bhubaneswar, Mar 30: Odisha is reeling under severe heat wave condition with mercury touching the 40 degrees Celsius.

Temperatures crossed the 40-degree Celsius mark at five places in Odisha on Friday, informed the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

The maximum temperature (day temperature) is likely to rise by 2-3 degree Celsius during next two days and no large change thereafter at many places in the State, the Meteorological Centre said.
